Description
For this high quality product of Vintage Prosecco only the best grapes are vinificated. The grapes are already selected in the vineyards, based on position and ripeness. This renders possible obtaining the organoleptic characteristics that are desired: good acidity, a great aromatic bouquet and a good structure. Harvest usually is done in the second week of September. After vinification the wine is re-fermented with Charmat method.

BOUQUET: Fruity with hints of golden apple, acacia flowers, wisteria and sometimes of wildflower.
TASTE: Pleasant acidity, lively, fresh, juicy

VINIFICATION:
Soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. After a break of several months following effervescing in the sparkling steel autoclave with Charmat.

Harmonizes with fish, but it also combines very well with fruit salads and dry sweets like biscuits and cakes of short pastry
