Raboso is a wine of ancient origin. This vine is already present in the North-East of Italy before the advent of Rome. For centuries Raboso was the only wine that the Serenissima was able to export up in the Orient. For this reason it was also called “wine to travel”. The grapes, once harvested in the period of late October, are vinified traditionally with the classic maceration, followed by the malolactic fermentation, then the wine is refined in tank for a period of about six months. Afterwards the maturation continues in barrels for at least one year.

TASTE: A robust tannin-body and elegant structure enables the wine obtaining harmony and nobility during the ageing process

Vinified in stainless steel with maceration on the skins for about fifteen days at a temperature of 26 ° C. Once fermentation is completed, maturation in tank for six months, followed by aging in oak barrels for at least one year before bottling.
