International and important grape variety, Cabernet Franc is slightly tannic, erbaceous, with good acidity and characteristic hints of pepper. On the palate it is balanced and well-structured. Ideal for pasta dishes such as pasta al ragù (with tasty meat sauces) or grilled meat.
Color: Deep red with violet reflections.
Bouquet: Intense, reminding red fruits, with herbaceous notes and hints of pepper.
Taste: Wine of character, balanced with good flavour and a fruity finish with herbaceous notes.
