Raboso D.O.C.

Raboso is a wine of ancient origin, in fact this vine was already present in the North-East of Italy before the advent of Rome. For centuries Raboso was the only wine that the Serenissima managed to export to the East. It is obtained from partly dried grapes which after two years in barrique become an elegant, structured and full-bodied wine with a pleasant acidity. Its notes of cherry and ripe red fruit make it perfect for those who love aging and meditation wines.

Color: intense ruby red.

Bouquet: Vigorous notes of ripe red fruit, blackberries, cherry, Morello cherry and a light spicy finish.

Taste: Wine with a robust body, persistent and good acidity. In aging it acquires more and more harmony and nobility.
