Refosco D.O.C. Organic Bio

Refosco is an excellent organic and native vine that we have been cultivating for three generations. The passage in barrique gives it an expansive taste, with balanced and fruity tannins with vanilla notes. We recommend it with tagliatelle with venison sauce. It is ideal to accompany red meat and medium-aged cheeses.

Color: Red with intense violet reflexes.

Bouquet: Complex and fruity, with hints of berries such as raspberry and blackberry.

Taste: Excellent structure, pleasantly tannic persistent and fruity finish.
